At Waterloo we provide our learning disabled clients with the training and skills needed to work and become financially independent. Together with our partners from Birmingham Metropolitan College in Sutton Coldfield, our clients study:

  • Literacy
  • Numeracy
  • IT
  • Health & Safety
  • Material Handling and Lifting
  • Travel Training
  • any other skill that the individual needs

They also gain experience in working as a team, communication and problem solving. Our approach is to integrate the training into the course of doing a job.
